- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
unless the project is sizable like a office finish out, will need do as a hourly fee. If customer wants to pay for new parts up front parts cost will not have any caring charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
spend time on arrival at customer site find out whats wrong with network or computer system and will do a assessment as to how long system repair will take and give Customer my best estimate on time and cost.
