- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates and friendly advice. We require a 2 hour minimum on handyman work so we always encourage our customers to make it count.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to call....Phone calls are best and text are fine if you are not looking for an immediate response. Once initial contact is made setting up a time to meet that's works for you and our schedule will be set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate from Austin community college in construction technology and over 14 years experience in this industry.
