Thank God for Thumbtack and J&L Masonry LLC. I redid my kitchen and ended up having an old vent hole through my slab/exterior wall that I wanted covered up. John Anthony quickly replied to every message I sent on Thumbtack. He followed-up with me when I was slow or forgot to reply. When I wasn't sure what kind of brick I had, he called ACME for me and figured it out. I asked my wife to go outside and take some pictures of the finished product so that I could use it to post here on Thumbtack, and she couldn't tell where the area was that was repaired - so we had to FaceTime so that I could show her!! If that isn't a good sign of a job well done then I don't know what is. It was an out of this world GREAT experience, I will use J&L for all of my masonry needs.

Reading other people's reviews of J&L Masonry helped me tremendously, so I'm hoping mine will help the next person. My project was a 35ft x 3.5ft retaining wall in the back of my property that was holding up a fence install with a different company, so rapid turnaround was a big priority for me. They were incredibly responsive to my inquiries, and provided options at different price points for different sizes of stone, and educated me along the way about what to expect. Had I found them earlier, I would have hired them to also do my fence. The retaining wall was completed quickly between their other jobs, and was done professionally and looks great! Had me looking around for other masonry work I needed to do! Would definitely hire again.
