We offer competitive, transparent pricing that reflects the high quality of our materials, craftsmanship, and customer service. We provide transparent, detailed proposals and collaborate with each client to align design goals with scope and investment. While we don’t price-match lower-tier providers, we do ensure long-term value through expert design, efficient installation, and lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a discovery call or site visit to understand your goals, property conditions, and preferences. From there, we create a tailored design or scope of work, followed by a clear proposal with timeline and pricing. Once approved, our team handles scheduling, communication, and installation, all with minimal disruption and maximum attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed irrigators, trained landscape designers, licensed pesticide applicators, and experienced project managers with deep knowledge of plant science, soil health, drainage, and water conservation, all specific to the Central Texas climate. We continually invest in training through national vendors like Hunter, Rainbird, SiteOne, and Horsepower Brands to ensure we’re delivering the highest standard of work with the latest tools and techniques.
