Introduction: Awakened Artistry is a fusion of wellness services including personal yoga classes, awareness coaching and cosmetic artistry giving each of my clients the chance to look and feel great, inside and out. Our services include: *Make-Up Artistry Whether you are interested in having your make up done for a nice evening out on the town, a special event, or are just curious about learning more about application, I’m here to help. With all the different products and brands available on the market today, its easy to get confused. I am not a sales person, simply an educator, here to help you achieve your best look for any occasion. *Private Yoga Instruction I follow the Dharma Yoga teaching tradition. Dharma Yoga promotes spiritual growth, physical and emotional well-being through Asana practice (poses), Pranayama (breath work), inspirational music, and meditation. I focus much of my teaching on concepts of awareness and mindfulness to promote healthy living and the realization of the higher self. *Awareness Coaching Awareness coaching is much less about advising and much more about truly listening. As an awareness coach, my job is to create and hold a nonjudgmental sacred space for my clients, to give my complete attention, my intuition, my awareness and my full support for each person’s unique and special life journey.
