The tech replaced the rear pads and hardware, properly addressed the caliper guide and retainer bolts that secure the pads, torqued everything to spec, and correctly compressed the caliper piston using the proper tools instead of forcing it. Everything was cleaned, lubricated where needed, and installed the right way. The job was finished quickly and professionally, and the brakes feel solid and smooth with no noise or issues.
