The service tech arrived as expected which allowed me to leave my desk at work for 10 minutes to meet the tech/mechanic, and have a brief discussion on my situation with my brakes and the overall process. Within 20-30 minutes, we were communicating via text on the findings, and after driving and inspecting my brakes, we collectively decided that no work was required today.
