I take care of someone else’s item as if it was my own. I live by the motto to do for someone as you would want someone to do for you. I know I haven’t been in the moving business to long but I promise, you wouldn’t be disappointed. I also keep the customer informed of any time changes, route delays and when I’m on my way. John Pesina Moving was GREAT! We are new to the Austin/Dripping Springs area and needed a local moving service, while we reside in a rental home… while our retirement home is being built… So I placed my project on ThumbTac and John Pesina Moving Company responded. You honestly couldn’t ask for a more conscientious, professional, or respectful team of movers. They took excellent care of our belongs!!! they arrived as expected, handled everything professionally and promptly, disassembled/relocated/and reassembled… the items that needed it. Re-Hooked up the washer and dryer and tested them. And to top it off; unlike my own grown son’s, they didn’t have a problem with me changing my mind on the permanent placement of things, and worked with me until I was happy with their new locations💞 We liked working with John and his crew so much, that instead of waiting for our son and son-in-law to be off on the weekend… we hired John Pesina Moving Company again to help us get things in and out of our storage unit; as we are leasing a smaller rental home… to help us with this project too💞 When it comes time for our final and last move; in about 9 to 12 months from now… we will definitely be hiring John Pesina Moving Company again👍
