We messaged his business early in the morning and he responded within minutes. After investigating, he told us we needed a new part. He said the chances of getting the part the same day we’re unlikely because it was a weekend and the storm was coming, but after making some calls, he found what we needed and prioritized coming back that day to install it. One of the best experiences we have ever had with AC/Heating company. Let me first say Pete is a wonderful man. He arrived before appointment. He knew exactly how to install our nest thermostat. Due to some wiring issue, pete was able to just look at the wiring and got our thermostat working like a top. Pete is an A++++ guy. I could not give a better recommendation for AC/Heating. Honest, not trying to upsell you on things you don't need, and a very caring young man. Do not be sucked in by these big corporate giants, hire a real expert such a Pete with PT Maintenance & Mechanical. Lets give local owned businesses our business.
