Alirez Toghanipour says, "After calling multiple companies to see who would install 5 mini-Splits we purchased for one of our rentals we could not find anyone who was willing to install our mini-splits they all said if we didnt purchase equipment from them they could not install after Calling X-Tech ac and heating Yamel came out same day and provide us a quote by the next morning we approved it and him and his team came out and got everything installed and started up and work looks amazing and all units are cooling great would give 10 stars if available."See more

My unit was around 14 years old and I was worried about the cost to repair or replace the unit. Joey quickly responded to my request, came out to take a look, walked me through the issue in a way I could understand and gave me an estimate to repair. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved about the reasonable cost! Joey came back and took care of the repair in one day, and all has been well since! I've been so happy with Joey that he is the first person I think of and recommend when HVAC issues arise. About a year later, I asked him about getting our air ducts cleaned. He gave me great advice and actually recommended a different, better (and more cost-effective) approach of installing UV filters. He took care of all the details while keeping me informed along the way. Joey is a professional, knowledgeable, and responsive HVAC expert. Also worked as an expert witness in that same capacity for lawyers representing clients who were injured on amusement rides. As a contractor, I’ve disassembled and relocated an entire roller coaster and various other park rides to Costa Rica and Africa. I’m very skilled at doing most of what you might need done, and I’ll tell you upfront if I don’t have the tools or skillset to accomplish your goals.See more

One of the best experiences we have ever had with AC/Heating company. Let me first say Pete is a wonderful man. He arrived before appointment. He knew exactly how to install our nest thermostat. Due to some wiring issue, pete was able to just look at the wiring and got our thermostat working like a top. Pete is an A++++ guy. I could not give a better recommendation for AC/Heating. Honest, not trying to upsell you on things you don't need, and a very caring young man. Do not be sucked in by these big corporate giants, hire a real expert such a Pete with PT Maintenance & Mechanical. Lets give local owned businesses our business.
