Corey came out within ONE HOUR of the call, during peak season! Im so appreciative of the dispatcher getting my service filled quickly. Anyway, Corey diagnosed the issue quickly. Educated me on the simple troubleshooting and had our unit working LITERALLY less than a few minutes on site! Even though its 100+ out today, Corey maintained his professionalism, respected my home w/ wearing shoe covers and explained what he was doing. Absolutely lovely experience with this company!I WILL NEVER have any other company service my two HVACs other than Leakys!Thank You, for being professional! Many companies today, arent like you guys! Fair, principled and strong morals with your commitment to servicing consumers!"See more

Eric W. says, "I've had several things done by Drainworks over the last two years. I've had a water heater installed, I've had my entire sewer line replaced, and I've had a flow restrictor placed on my water line due to high water pressure. Each time they pay me a visit they are quick, accommodating, and honest. The flow restrictor really necessary because I was just below the max acceptable levels so their plumber actually let me know before they did any work. I went ahead with it anyway because I was preparing the house for sale and did not want it to become an issue. They are fairly affordable and as stated above , wont suggest work you don't need or try to up sale you. You can be sure you'll get a plumber at your door rather than a salesman."See more

He was very friendly, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the Bosch product they sell.The crew that installed the system did an amazing job. They fixed everything that was wrong with the previous install and you can tell by their workmanship that they take pride in what they do. I am very particular and want high quality work and they delivered. The job on my house was a big one, they worked late two nights in a row to finish everything up.The dual fuel Bosch system has been amazing so far, incredibly quiet and awesome comfort in the house."See more
