After many pushy sales people, I decided to reach out to Edgar at Loredo A/C.He took the time to educate me about the different systems available and clearly laid out the trade-offs between them so I could make an informed decision. Through the installation he was patient enough to explain to me in layman's terms how the system works and how to maintain it. Corey came out within ONE HOUR of the call, during peak season! Im so appreciative of the dispatcher getting my service filled quickly. Anyway, Corey diagnosed the issue quickly. Educated me on the simple troubleshooting and had our unit working LITERALLY less than a few minutes on site! Even though its 100+ out today, Corey maintained his professionalism, respected my home w/ wearing shoe covers and explained what he was doing. Absolutely lovely experience with this company!I WILL NEVER have any other company service my two HVACs other than Leakys!Thank You, for being professional! Many companies today, arent like you guys!
