I have planned, coordinated and produced events of all kinds from weddings and bachelorette parties 👰 to baby showers 🤰🏽 to live performance 💃 and school events 📚 and pretty much everything in between. We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Jenny! Her communication with us was perfect. She took our vague/general ideas and organized them into realities while focusing us on all the small details that we would not have thought of otherwise. She referred us to fantastic vendors. She used spreadsheets and outlines to keep us on track with both our schedule and budget. Our wedding day was absolutely incredible and it would not have been that way without Jenny's hard work. There is an art form, that is highly under appreciated, that involves turning an event, into an experience. Jenny is world-class at creating an experience. From the first step onto the scene until they depart with a semi-permanent grin. It’s not just event planning but even more importantly, event logistics in real time. As an example, there is an annual gathering of Austin’s most interesting, or promising, performers known as Revolve : A Movement Display. Imagine an event at a local historical home with, 12 performances at set intervals, throughout the night without forcing the audience to/from one performance to the next. Plus, live music and bartenders. An immersive experience that must balance entertainment, professionalism and budget. So, many moving parts, that Jenny is seamlessly operating in the background. As a host you just need to enjoy (or experience) the art and your patrons. This becomes the evolved form of event planning into formal experiences. A RosePop specialty.

I decided to work with Jenny based on her knowledge of planning and knowing that she is an organized person. Boy am I glad I did! Jenny helped me plan my wedding, amidst Covid, and we were able to pull off a gorgeous beach wedding that my wife and I enjoyed very much. Our wedding was 3 weeks ago and family and friends are STILL mentioning how beautiful and well planned it was. As much as a feel like I planned my own wedding, I was just a puppet. The true puppeteer was Jenny ☺️ And she did it all while in a different time zone; she’s in Texas, while I’m up in New Hampshire. Jenny got all my own plans organized while also adding in details that I didn’t even think about which were the details that made the whole weekend special. From the months leading up, to the whole wedding day (ceremony AND reception) as well as the rest of the weekend. She did it all and more. And I don’t think there was anything she said no to. All my requests were met with a smile. I will definitely be using RosePOP for all of my future event planning needs! 10/10 recommend.
