- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I want to ensure client satisfaction by starting with a client intake phone call (approximately 20 minutes). It is extremely important that the client and organizer feel comfortable with one another and establish a relationship of trust. During the client intake the organizer will ask questions about their space(s), budget, timeline and who else will be involved in the organizing process. The client intake allows both parties to clarify expectations, ask questions and decide on the best plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a national member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and also a member of the Austin Chapter. I participate in continued education on a regular basis to sharpen my skills and learn new tools to best serve my clients.
