- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create custom menus for weekly meal prep or events. Pricing is determined based on the client's chosen meal details - proposed menu and price are submited for aproval before we go forward. Rough estimates: Standard Meal Prep: $14-$18 per meal (Comfort food, Cajun, soups, stews, chicken, pastas, bowls) Premium Meal Prep: $18-$24 per meal (smoked meats, larger portions, higher protein, specialty diets) Events: $40-$100 per person (I work with your budget)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I've got a questionaire for the customer to fill out, specifying how many people we're cooking for, dietary restrictions & preferences - and for events any themes or target styles, as well as target budget. I then work to create a custom menu with a final price. Once any adjustments are made to the menu and the price approved you can look forward to your food being delivered. For recurring meal prep we'll create a menu of approved dishes to rotate through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a seasoned home chef with over 30 years of culinary experience, born and raised in the vibrant heart of New Orleans. I've catered dozens of small and medium sized events from baby showers to grand openings, and worked with many families on weekly meal preps.
