Wow! Wow! Wow! What an amazing experience. Chef Salih’s food was impeccable. We had Ossco Buco and it melted in our mouths. The set up was beautiful. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they made it so special. I highly recommend doing the wine pairing. definite repeat for us.

I booked Chef Salih for a personal Valentine's dinner and couldn't be more impressed. He quickly responded with a proposed menu and altered it to ensure it would be perfect. Each course of the meal was simply delicious, and we really enjoyed that he offered the history of the dishes, the significance and meaning in the dishes, and the cultural background of the dishes, as well as the wine pairings. It was so much more than a meal, it was an entire experience. Honestly one of the most memorable meals experiences I have ever had, and can't wait to book Chef Salih again.

We hired Salih for my mothers 70th birthday. The entire evening was fantastic. Salih created an experience for us that we will remember forever. He executed the menu we agreed on flawlessly. Every course was delicious and the wine pairings he chose were A+. I would highly recommend his services. I have no doubt we will do business again in the future.
