I’m Chef Sam Birchall, a private chef with over five years of experience leading high-volume kitchens and more than two years running my own private chef and catering business. Throughout my career I’ve cooked everything from weddings and large events to intimate in-home dinners, but my passion is creating memorable dining experiences in people’s homes. For the past year I also worked as a traveling personal chef for a celebrity client, preparing daily meals, managing grocery sourcing, and cooking in kitchens across the country. That experience taught me how to adapt to any kitchen, any environment, and consistently deliver restaurant-quality food anywhere. My specialty is elevated multi-course dinners and private tasting menus designed to feel both luxurious and personal. I focus on thoughtful flavors, beautiful presentation, and creating an experience that feels relaxed but still special for you and your guests. Whether it’s an anniversary dinner, small gathering with friends, or a special celebration, my goal is always the same — to create a meal that people remember long after the night is over.
