- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate for regular business hours is $85/hour. We do offer monthly packages and other prepaid options with a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For recurring personal assistant services, our founder takes the time to sit down and discuss your needs so we can tailor a monthly service plan to your unique needs. Then, she or a member of our team will spend approximately three hours in your home collecting details for a comprehensive home manual. Typically a $500 charge, this invaluable tool is complementary for new recurring clients. Finally, we will pair you with a dedicated member of our team. Your new personal assistant will receive a copy of your manual so they can hit the ground running and act as your expert right hand, conquering life's hassles so you can focus on more important things. For retainer clients, we will also cross-train another member of our team in order to prevent service interruptions due to illness, injury, or other time off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our personal assistants all go through an extensive, customized in-house training process. This program includes virtual classroom-based curriculum, hands-on shadowing with an experienced member of our team, and a trial period in a training home.
