- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a Free Consultation. Where we go over your goals and create a plan to move your forward. This is where we chat and get to know each other and talk about what your fitness goals and priorities are as well as what is important to you. Then we move on to the Assessment. Here I assess your body composition, your body’s movement and mobility capabilities as well as your current fitness or work capacity. The assessment is where we will learn all about you and your current physical capabilities including: • strength • mobility & flexibility • current fitness capability • current lifestyle and habits This becomes our starting point and is our data to inform our decisions and approach to help improve your fitness. Then I create an Individually Designed Program. This is where your personalized training program is 100% created based off our consultation, your assessment and your goals. It is a ‘living’ plan as it will grow and change and adapt just like you do during the course of our time together.

- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How does 1:1 Remote Coaching work? Remote coaching works best when a client has access to a gym or their own equipment and wants a program designed specifically for them that will get them results. I prescribe you an individualized program based on our initial consultation and assessment. In addition you get ongoing monthly consultations to make sure your program is aligned with your goals, values, and priorities to keep you moving forward. My Remote Coaching Includes: - An initial assessment. (Because the more I know and the better I get to know you, the better I can create a program.) - An individualized training program that is efficient and effective for your goals, that fits you schedule, lifestyle, and equipment you may have available. - Weekly check-ins. (To assess if training or nutrition needs to be adjusted, and we can address anything that might need to change.) - Form checks and answers to any questions on exercise techniques. - Access to my exercise videos that I create to make sure you know how to perform the exercise. - 100% Full Access to Me through the coaching app or my personal email for stronger support so if you have any equipment changes or anything else changes that require your program to be adjusted we can make sure you are still staying on track. - You will never feel “alone” or “helpless” in the process.
