Motive Training is the best personal training Ive received in Grand Rapids. I am challenged at each session but not stressed. The trainers are great encouragers. I appreciate the uniquely designed workouts. Thanks, guys!

Really a personalized experience, great hands on working one on one with a trainer. The staff knows their stuff and are super friendly, it's always a good vibe in their gym. Helped me make a ton of progress, I can't recommend them enough.

Motive is always clean, professional and knowledgable. I have only seen Brian as a trainer but I feel like all trainers there are excellent!

I came to Brian at Motive Training with a shoulder injury. After our first session together, he was able to help me pin point the cause of my shoulder pain. During the hour, we also did work together to improve the pain and my range of motion and I was surprised to feel some relief! (I've had this shoulder injury/pain for over 2 years). Brian was very thorough when it came to solving exactly where my shoulder pain was coming from. I am grateful for how careful he was when it came to testing my shoulder mobility and integrating different exercises. I was really happy with my 1-1 session because I now know what I need to work on to improve my shoulder. Following the session, I also received a detailed protocol with video tutorials of exercises I need to do daily to maintain my progress. I hope to get back to serving a volleyball overhand soon! Looking forward to my future sessions at Motive Training. Thanks, Brian!!

Motive Training helped me strengthen my body and improve my range of motion in ways I didn't realized I was supposed to be able to move. Motive has been an invaluable partner in guiding me to becoming healthier and happier. I feel 10 years younger and I have the energy to back it up, would highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel younger and stronger.
