About
As the founder of RxFit and a Master Longevity Trainer, I don't sell "workouts." I help Austin’s high-performing executives reclaim their time, biological performance, and physical identity. Building muscle and reducing bodyfat percentage is the basic barrier of entry, can it be done while improving performance and reducing your biological age; you deserve to know.
If you are grinding through 60-hour weeks, running on five hours of sleep, and dealing with chronic lower back or neck pain from sitting at a desk, you don't need a cheerleader counting your reps. You need a biomechanical expert.
We treat our clients like "Industrial Athletes." Through tech-enabled, corrective fitness programming, we fix the dysfunctions that are quietly sapping your energy. Whether you're prepping for a board meeting downtown or trying to keep up with your kids at Zilker Park on the weekend, our goal is to increase your physical antifragility.
This is a bespoke, concierge-level partnership for those who value efficiency and results over everything else.

Very very happy with the training that Sam has been providing me! I have seen a change in my body weight, and also found that I am really enjoying the workouts we have. At the start it was a pain to get up at 6.30am for training, but I now look forward to these sessions, not only because they are helping me lose weight, but also becuase they are fun!
Thank you for all the help you are providing!

Extremely convenient to have a personaltrainer come to my condo and train me there and still be comparable in price to the other facilities downtown. After the consultation Danny told me I was being assigned a trainer based on my personality, and she is fantastic. She's charming and incredibly knowledgeable but still thoroughly explains in detail what I need.
I have found it an easy transition into developing a healthier lifestyle and holding me accountable to workout on my own as well. Oh and I worked with a trainer in the past and it's nice not having to buy a huge package of sessions like I always had to before, instead I only pay for the sessions I actually am there for.

Sam is great. She is probably the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with regarding anatomy and correcting issues. She keeps it fun and focused. Great results so far!

Danny's fantastic! After a long hiatus from exercise and attention to health, he's helped me re-frame and refocus in a way that makes me excited to work out and get back to a healthier lifestyle. Would absolutely recommend!

Danny and his team are awesome. It's super convenient to just be able to walk downstairs to meet for my workouts. No Austin traffic hassle, and scheduling is done through their app. They don't do your stereotypical workouts of 'blood sweat and tears' but focus on my specific goals and preferences. And, it's all easy to understand with explanations on why we're doing what we're doing (when I want it).

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not believe in discounting my pricing. I am very confident in the work that I do and my results prove as such. I take my work very seriously and my fees reflect that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
3 major problems have to be overcome.
1. What is the motivator for change?
2. Is there a timeline we can use as a goal setter for this change (wedding, reunion etc)
3. What are the unique ways that the client moves and heals from different styles of workouts?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides going to seminars and learning for those older and wiser than myself, I also am constantly reading research papers and books by my favorite doctors in the field. New information is constantly coming to light and it takes a life of devotion to the craft to truly bring the best to my clients.
