Hi, I’m Joey. A certified personal trainer with real-world experience transforming not only my clients’ lives but my own. Over the past few years, I’ve lost 120 lbs, built a strong, aesthetic physique through dedicated bodybuilding, and learned exactly what it takes to achieve lasting results.
Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, or sculpting an athletic, aesthetic look, I’ll create a customized plan tailored to you. I offer in-home training sessions or private workouts at my gym in the Domain, giving you the flexibility and focus you need to succeed.

I have been working with Joey for a couple of months now, and he has been excellent so far. He adjusts workouts for my level yet is also able to push me to give it my best. He’s great at motivating and is a positive presence to be around. He is also very knowledgeable about health and wellness including nutrition in general, and I have learnt a lot from him.

Joey was so easy to work with, he listens really well and always comes through with helpful advice and tips. Thanks to his intense workouts and him holding me accountable, I was able to get back down the same size I was when I graduated high school - and I’m a busy mom of 2 kids under 5. I’d highly recommend!

Training with Joey over the last few months have been really great! He is highly professional, always has a good structure to the workouts and is constantly adapting the training plan to achieve optimal, personalized results. He definitely focuses on good technique and is able to work around my previous injuries, while still achieving the muscle strengthening I was looking for. Joey is also very friendly and personable and able to make even the toughest workouts really fun!!
