Let me do the thinking, all you need to do is be present! *My rate is $35 per 30min session. You may extend to hourly sessions for double the rate, although I guarantee you that 30min will suffice. I have been using personal trainers for 7+ years and Roy was my 3rd trainer. Roy combines his academic knowledge regarding muscle groups and the body with practical in-gym training. Training with him has been one of the best experiences. Roy will push you to reach your goals while ensuring longevity through recovery. In addition, he always has a pleasant / friendly attitude which makes seriously all the difference. I moved to NY or else, we would still be training. Roy - move to NY!!

I've never trained with a personal trainer before because I never really liked lifting with anybody but myself; however, training with Roy definitely changed my mind! He's a super nice guy who thoroughly knows pretty much every aspect of weight training, weight loss, muscle building, and diet. His professionalism and kindness is unlike most personal trainers I've ever seen, and he really knows how to push you beyond your limits in the best way possible. Definitely give this man a shot before you choose anyone else and I promise he can make you his next client!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first session is always free! I like to use our first session together for each of us to get to know each other. I understand you have fitness goals, but what other goals do you have in life? What is going on in YOUR world? This is an opportunity for you to get to know me, as well. Do we vibe together, and can you see us working together?

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I majored in psychology at St. Edwards University. There is a close correlation between your active and mental health. You will certainly hear me say, "This is the mental part of our workout." I'm trained in group coaching as well, and offer group rates if you want to train with a friend! (Group rates are significantly more affordable, and add an additional sense of accountability.)

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Get to know your prospective trainer. If we don't resonate on the same frequency, this will feel more of a chore, rather than a journey. Your trainer is a human as well and therefore experiences the same ups and downs that life has to offer. I work for you, and you are MY boss.
