Your training experience starts with a comprehensive consultation where I assess your fitness level and history, take measurements, and discuss your goals together. I want to make sure you are happy with your training experience at Work It so it is important that your goals be challenging but also realistic. Throughout your journey with Work It together we will continue to monitor and measure your progress.

Kyle is awesome. I've had a few personal trainers over the years and I have to say Kyle is hands down the best. He structures your work out to fit your needs. The gym is low key, has all of the equipment, free weights, etc to get the work out you want.
