Introduction: I first got started in the Vacation Rental Industry back in 2017 working as a maid at my aunts numerous Airbnb's in Austin. Over the years she and another property manager I worked for mentored me and gave me the confidence to start my own property management business in 2021. This humble beginning gave me a well rounded understanding of the mindset and needs of the home owner, the property manager, the guest, the maid, the handyman, and everyone in between. Since starting my business I've gained valuable connections and insight about market trends in Austin, pricing strategies for maximum occupancy and maximum profit, and what qualities guests are looking for in their space and in customer service to consider their stay a 5 star experience. My approach to my business is led with great care and consideration for everyone involved. And of course, I derive great satisfaction from making my clients money!! My team currently consists of 2 property managers, 2 maids, and 2 handymen. We are a small business which means more dedicated time to spend with each client and their future guests.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Victoria. She started managing my short term rental about 1.5 years ago at a time when I lived out of state and someone else who had been managing had literally taking belongings from me / my rental. On top of that, the cleaners were taking shortcuts even though they had a checklist and I continued getting poor reviews due to cleanliness issues. I felt so hopeless living out of state. Que Victoria. Victoria stepped in, cleaned up and re-arranged the spaces, repaired anything and everything, pointed out where prior cleaning crews were missing things, resulting in poor reviews etc. From that moment on, I knew my rental was in good hands. She takes care of all guest issues, makes sure the place is spotless inside and out between each guest, inventories consumables so the house never runs out, recommends fixes and tweaks, handles all repairs, etc. On top of it all, she is such a hard worker, never late, has great ideas and a list of vendors she works with for repairs and is the nicest sweetest person. I am so incredibly thankful that Victoria manages my property and I trust her and her judgement implicitly!
