Introduction: Why do I rebate my commission? To start my clients generally find their home on the internet and do a lot of the leg working in the beginning. I then show them the inside of the homes they like and when they are ready and willing we write an offer. Another reason is that the median home price here in the Austin area is around $200,000 which on average is around a $6,000 commission. For the time and effort put in between me and my clients I think they deserve to get some of this money back on or after closing. When my clients buy a brand new home from a builder they get an even bigger commission rebate. Help my clients find a home that they love and help them buy that home.
