Noe is a nice enough guy, and he might be good at some things but he is terrible at concrete work. He’s also a one man show and commutes from Austin, so if you are anywhere else, he’ll only show up on weekends. Maybe. Work wise, I don’t really think he knew what he was doing. Crooked edges on the concrete slab (can’t be fixed). Why, the framing was left for a week between visits and frame warped. A 4 day project dragged on for over 2 months, and I finally had to get someone else to finish it. Also will leave garbage all over the worksite. Soda bottles, fast food wrappers, disposable gloves. Needless to say, a big mistake and will end up costing me more than going with a professional crew in the first place. Nice guy, but proceed with extreme caution, and avoid if you are not in Austin!
