Beyond the plumbing repair, he also referred me to a water mitigation expert who showed up within the hour as well. They walked me through the entire restoration process, which really helped put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. He was very accommodating and helpful. He explained it step by step and I watched the whole process. I googled how to flush the water heater before I hired Jorge and I would not have done it correctly or been able to restart the pilot light if I had attempted it without proper instruction from Jorge. I’m a first time homeowner and having repair people come can be stressful but having Jorge show me how to flush my water heater was a really positive experience. For me, having someone explain in an understandable way how things work and are fixed/maintained as well as what I need to do is priceless.
