Nate put my toilet back after cleaning up the area it sits on. Put new bolts, put caulking around the toilet. Just great job for a very reasonable price"See more

Tom Ruttan says, "Had a septic tank backed up. Jesse and Hector confirmed with a camera scope that my tank was full. Also they checked the line inside the house ,again with the scope and confirmed that the line was open, just some water. They extracted excess water from the main drain so we could use the toilets until a septic tank company was scheduled. These guys are fantastic and very professional while also being socialable. They will be my go to Plummer in the future. Price was very reasonable. To end this story, septic tank company pumped out the tank and all is well. Tom / San Antonio 78222"See more

I put on an online request another big plumbing company last Sunday needed to fix a disposal this week. I called W when nobody called back. I was told they put me on TH schedule but then no showed twice. This is week before Spring Break and we couldn't leave to go to the theme park with the sink clogged and the disposal not working!I had to call another company and, my neighbor Gary has used Roto-Rooter Plumbing for years. So, I gave them a call. They answered immediately...a REAL human receptionist, not AI ! My issue was taken seriously and Jos was dispatched.Jos called within the hour and confirmed the address, and arrived on time, even with heavy Friday after work traffic. He was quick to assess the issue, had the part and tools on hand, and gave me exact details on price for the rush service.While it was $$$, it was worth it to have quick, professional service all around and now we can relax knowing everything is fixed."See more

He was very accommodating and helpful. He explained it step by step and I watched the whole process. I googled how to flush the water heater before I hired Jorge and I would not have done it correctly or been able to restart the pilot light if I had attempted it without proper instruction from Jorge. I’m a first time homeowner and having repair people come can be stressful but having Jorge show me how to flush my water heater was a really positive experience. For me, having someone explain in an understandable way how things work and are fixed/maintained as well as what I need to do is priceless. I would recommend Jorge for plumbing repair and maintenance needs."See more
