- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is simple and equal across the board for all clientele. 1/2 day shoot - $350.00 Full day shoot - $500.00 Hourly fee for shooting - $75.00/hour Post production and editing: $45.00/hour
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. I am always researching new techniques, emerging technologies, updating my equipment and working with people in the media. There is no standard continuing education available for licensure as this is not a licensed field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was 19 years in college when I started working as an editor for an NBC station in Waco, TX. I shortly fell in love with the news business and pursued a career as a photojournalist, becoming a station manager at the age of 22. This career has allowed me to move to higher markets and work with award-winning journalists. After leaving CBS in 2009, I began my first company, Copperhead Media, and did free-lancing assignments for clients that ranged from non-profit organizations and television commercials. Since 2007, I have also done weddings, private corporate events and public-service messages.
