Introduction: Hi, my name is Lizbeth! I've been teaching yoga for over a decade. I've taught at a variety of different places, working with groups of all sizes and individuals from all walks of life. Something I love about teaching yoga is being able to share this loving spiritual practice that cultivates a higher level of human connection. If you're looking to spend a mindful moment with a group of friends, feel connected during a birthday or bachelorette celebration, or just practice on your own, I'm excited to help fulfill your goals as we dive into this practice together.
