Introduction
The knowledge I've accumulated through college, and sports enables me to train people of all populations. My ability to adapt to clients medical history, or physical limitations makes my service stand out. I enjoy watching clients progress from beginner stage of exercise to advance. With the advancement of fitness levels, clients must go through psychological and physiological strengthening. As a result, self-esteem, self-worth, and overall quality of life increases. This transformation process is what I enjoy most about my job.
