Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The knowledge I've accumulated through college, and sports enables me to train people of all populations. My ability to adapt to clients medical history, or physical limitations makes my service stand out. I enjoy watching clients progress from beginner stage of exercise to advance. With the advancement of fitness levels, clients must go through psychological and physiological strengthening. As a result, self-esteem, self-worth, and overall quality of life increases. This transformation process is what I enjoy most about my job.

Caleb Gatlin was my personal trainer while I lived in Texas. When I moved to Louisiana he took me on as a virtual client and continues to help me with my fitness goals to this day. I was really impressed by his attitude. Most males, especially those in fitness, can sometimes have a very arrogant personality, but Caleb was very genuine and caring when it came to speaking with me regarding my health and fitness. He was always on-time for our sessions and would let me know if we needed to reschedule well in advance. I was pretty impressed with the changes while following his fitness program. My program was made specifically for me and that made me feel special because it meant he took the time to get to know me. I know this to be the case because a few of my friends were also training with him and when we would discuss our workouts, they were not similar at all. Being that my relationship with him is solely fitness related I wouldn't say he would have to change much. We spoke briefly before I moved regarding him potentially gaining knowledge on nutrition just make himself more marketable.
