What can I say about Chad Feldman??Well...he is a man of few words but the words he does say make an impact. I can attest to that from my own personal experience. I came to him wanted to make a change in my life, get healthy and continue my weight loss journey...and that is exactly what we are doing. He didn't try and sell me on a fantasy or set unrealistic goals. He broke everything down and gave me simple guidelines to follow. The only thing he made me promise to do -- was give it 100% and take it day by day. Now that I am a REGULAR (lol), I can see a HUGE change in not only my body and lifestyle but also my outlook on life. I now have the confidence and ability to do things that I never would have thought possible. I know that I owe that to Chad and trusty sidekick, Heather. You can see the passion that they have for their clients by how INVOLVED they are in our everyday lives. They genuinely want you to succeed in becoming the best you. I now do cardio up to X5/week (thanks to Heather) with weight training sessions X3/week as well. I like working out at the Feldmans Gym because it is small and personable. I don't get overwhelmed by the equipment or people and so there is no pressure. We have a good time and seem to always find something to laugh about which tend to make the workouts easier. I will forever be a believer and a supporter of the Feldman Clan. Families always stick together...so I guess we STUCK! 😘May 18, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$50/hr minimum 10-sessions paid in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Teaching them how to "crawl before they run". Everyone is different. You must custom tailor a program that fits the client in a way for them to get the maximum benefit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Several national certifications & attended University of Houston taking many nutrition & exercise physiology classes.
