Jake pushes me with his unique style he gets to know his client and works best for me. Never the same workout. He’s willing to meet at my gym or I go to his. Definitely would recommend him to my friends.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I accept most forms of payment except checks, Or PayPal. I can do, cash app, Venmo, zelle, or cash. I do not expect you to pay monthly, I give 3 options: weekly, biweekly or monthly. I’m willing to work with you the best I can.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First I’ll give you my number and set up a phone call, then we can discuss your goals and hopefully set up a time to meet and start training.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I used to be the overweight guy that was afraid and embarrassed to take my shirt off at the pool or around anyone, so one day I decided to change my life. Started incorporating healthy eating and living an active life style. Along with support from a few friends and the inspiration from my personal trainer I decided to become a trainer myself and help others achieve their own health and fitness goals.
