I guess you could call me and my husband movers and shakers. Well, movers anyway! We met Charisse early in our journeys of moving and honestly we wouldn’t make another move without her on our side. Most recently, on the purchase of our new home she negotiated thousands off in prepaids at closing. She made sure all negotiated repairs were made and made appointments for all the proper inspections needed. House buying is exciting and stressful at the same time. That’s why you need Charisse who truly is your best advocate. Oh, and did I mention our timeline between selling and buying was tight? We were sure it was blown and we were going to have to stay somewhere in the interim. But Charisse intervened and made the move smooth from one house to next!

Charisse goes above and beyond for her clients. She is a strong negotiator and she makes sure her clients get the very best service and the most “bang for your buck,” whether she’s working for the buyer or seller. I've seen some interior design projects that actually reduced the value of the property.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a real estate professional I would get listings that were outdated. So I found solutions to equitable improvements improvements that gave it market value but it didn't necessarily cost the sellers a lot of money or any money at all.
