- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work on certifications all of the time. Some of these take as little as two hours, other require three or four full days.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in Logistics my entire work life, getting merchandise to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition and at the right cost. Changing merchandise to people is the only thing I've changed in my work efforts.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cruises, either a single cabin, or a group of eight or more cabins,in Alaska, New England, Europe, the Caribbean, Hawaii and the South Pacific. DisneyWorld vacations, all inclusives in the Caribbean, non all inclusives in the U.S.,, Hawaii and Europe.
