Heroes Lawn Care of Bellaire resolved a drainage problem that I encountered. They also performed an inspection on my sprinkler system and installed two additional sprinkler heads. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit with a customer and view the property before giving a quote! We will come out to talk about the scope of your project, get to know you and then provide a quote. We then schedule the work and make your vision come to life!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has a MS in chemistry and an MBA from Rice. He has spent the past 2 decades developing new lawn care chemicals making them safer and more effective. Our GM has spent a decade making beautiful landscapes around Houston. We are fully licensed for all the work we do!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After making lawn care chemicals for so long and coaching other lawn care professionals, the owner decided he wanted to work for himself. The first customers were only fertilization, herbicide, pesticide, and disease control. When we found our GM we expanded into landscaping and irrigation!
