Wayne Yira Taylor says, "I needed a reputable electrician for a job in a relative's residence. Quad LLC was recommended by another contractor but I also researched electricians and electrical companies and based also that, I went with Quad2 Electric LLC. David from Quad2 Electric was great from start to finish. He showed up when he said he would show up, not only to perform the walk through of the work required and to provide the estimate, but once we hired him he was there right at the time he said he would show up. He explained some of the problems in the residence and even alerted us to some potential problems that required fixing for safety reasons. He answered all our questions politely and also any questions or concerns as he was performing the work, and also gave us some ideas on lighting. Last, he cleaned up each day after he performed any work. The work detailed in the estimate was in electrician lingo, but David said I could call him for any explanations and so I did, and he explained the what, when, and where of each repair/install, and also gave me opportunity to make any adjustments before work began. Couple things I chose not to have done as they fell in the category of nice to have but not necessary. The price for the work I found reasonable. You might find someone cheaper, but sometimes you get what you pay for. For me it was important to find someone not only reputable and qualified, but someone who was customer oriented. I didn't want an electrician who does just enough and leaves a home and its tenants with a bag of future electrical problems and safety issues."See more

  • What types of services do you offer? Whether you need repairs or installation services, make sure the electrician can perform the work you need.
  • How long will the job take? This will help you set expectations and rearrange your schedule (if needed).
