- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but I am very accommodating of budgets, so long as the client makes me aware of their pricing needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet up with the potential client for a free consultation to discuss the event and see if our personalities are a good fit. When the client is ready to proceed, I send them a contract to sign and return with a deposit. Once the contract and deposit are processed, I email the client our Signature Wedding Workbook to get started on the planning process! Additional consultations occur as needed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work part-time as a venue coordinator, and have several years experience as a Wedding Coordinator in the DFW market.
