We specialize in tailoring our services to the reflect the priorities of each of our clients, creating a customized package for you that addresses the specific needs of your event. No two weddings are alike, and we are flexible in adapting our services to accommodate you. In addition to our event planning and coordination packages, we offer event design services, decorative rentals including vintage china and linens, and creation of signage for your event. As much as I love the planning, what really brings the greatest reward is after the event is over and the couple (and typically several guests too!) come over and express how amazing an event was and how smoothly everything went. I also find a lot of fulfillment in watching things come together day-of as we set up for the events.

Donna did amazing with the coordination of my son's wedding on April 9, 2016. She offered her professional opinions and expertise along the way, and helped drive them to decisions. It was a fun and beautiful ceremony. The timeline Donna developed for the day of the event was a life-saver!

I could not imagine planning my wedding without a wedding planner like Donna. From start to finish she kept everything extremely organized and on track. From managing and scheduling all my vendor meetings and quotes to preparing all the decorations to take to the venue, Donna had everything under control. Her style choices were right on point. All the little details and decor that went into my wedding were styled and executed by Donna (and they were awesome)! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but I am very accommodating of budgets, so long as the client makes me aware of their pricing needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet up with the potential client for a free consultation to discuss the event and see if our personalities are a good fit. When the client is ready to proceed, I send them a contract to sign and return with a deposit. Once the contract and deposit are processed, I email the client our Signature Wedding Workbook to get started on the planning process! Additional consultations occur as needed!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work part-time as a venue coordinator, and have several years experience as a Wedding Coordinator in the DFW market.
