Deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and first-time cleanings usually require more time and detail, so the price may be higher than a regular cleaning. We always try to provide fair and honest pricing, and recurring cleanings may have better rates depending on the frequency.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. We may ask about the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning needed, and any special areas that need extra attention. After that, we provide a quote and schedule the best day and time. On the day of the cleaning, our team arrives prepared with the necessary products, supplies, and equipment to provide a detailed and professional service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning, deep cleaning, standard cleaning, and recurring cleaning services. We understand how to clean different areas of the home properly, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, appliances, dusting, and detailed cleaning.
