My 7yr old daughter took lessons from Max. Max was very patient with her and her beginner skills and had her able to play a full song after only 4-5 one hour sessions. Max was good at keeping her focused while having fun. Max made her session fun, while learning. Max was very professional to me as well. Very nice young man who also happens to be very talented. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

My 9 year old daughter has been taking acoustic and electric guitar lessons from Maxwell for the past 2 years. Maxwell is a wonderful teacher; he has taught our daughter all the basics and she is playing pretty good for only 2 years of lessons. Maxwell is patient and great working with kids! Highly recommend him!!

My son, age 11, has been taking lessons with Max for 3 years. My son loves the lessons and it is amazing to see his progress. Max is great with kids, knows his stuff, has great talent, and is very professional with the parents. I'd recommend him highly to all!

Maxwell worked with my son on basic guitar lessons. He taught my son about reading the music, beginning chords, as well as how to take care of the guitar itself. Maxwell utilized the lesson time effectively while keeping my son engaged on the different facets of guitar playing. Maxwell kept my son at ease and took breaks when ideas got too complex or too frustrating. Maxwell modeled patience with quiet confidence that my son would be able to play the guitar. Great experience.
