- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to help anyone desiring organization in their life! I never want money to keep anyone from the peace of mind that comes with being organized. I offer packages - hourly rates. Getting organized is an investment but the clarity it brings to your life is truly invaluable. Purchasing one of my packages will provide the most bang for your buck, I strongly recommend this option. Packages are as follows: 35 hours = $2,100 (best value) 20 hours = $1,280 10 hours = $670 (most common for smaller rooms) If you are not wanting to purchase a package, my hourly rate is $72 with a one time fuel fee of $45.00 for trips over 15mi. I do require a minimum of 3 hours (which in most cases the session will take closer to 5 hours). I do offer payment plans. DO NOT let money hold you back! Let's discuss what options there might be for you to get your life in order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process consists of a complimentary consultation via phone. If I need to do an in person consultation there is a $25.00 fee. Once it's determined that we are a match I will get you scheduled for our first session. During our sessions its important for the client to be engaged in the process. This helps to ensure that the customer not only learns how to organize but also how to maintain their new space.
