Marc Schilling and SEI Roofing represent what we all hope to find in a residential contractor...professionalism, integrity, and timely work completion! SEI re-roofed our home after a huge hail storm hit the Flower Mound Area. From the start of the project, Marc set the expectations and provided us with an excellent personalized customer service experience. His crew was timely with their work, and kept the perimeter of our home clean and safe, free from debris, materials, and tools at the end of each work day. The scope and cost of the work done was always consistent and on target as promised during the proposal stage of the project. I had a leak and called Sei to look at it. Travis came out and climbed all over my roof (which wasn't a small task since its a two story with steep inclines). Travis assessed what he thought was the problem and set up his roof expert to look at it. The man they sent crawled inside a very low area of my attic across the entire length of my house. As it turned out the people that did my work three years ago did not do it properly which caused water to get into various areas . The fix was to cut the entire roof including the decking back 24 inches on each side and replace it all.
I am so thankfull that there team was honest, there are companies that would have patched it and not have repaired it.
I am very grateful and give them my highest reccomendation

Marc and his team went above and beyond my expectations when it came to my roof, windows and repairing my fence. He was able to get his crew to my house quickly and he worked great with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Marc for my roofing or home repairs. He is a very nice and on time.

Marc is one of the most honest contractors you will ever meet. His crews are reliable and polite and his service and prices are great! He has done work at two of our homes in the past year.
