- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are standards and competitive in the Market and they are vary with how detailed is the project to be done, also the materials prices what we offer to my customers never have any hiding profit, never in the materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starting with a check out the job site like: better access to the house, time frame about when we can start an finished day hours, type of flooring or furniture we have to cover to avoid damages, if the project is medium to big size find the place we can place the Dumper box, follow the instructions or needs, with details, what the customer need to be help, also help in some designs in trades that the customer need to finished their projects.

I have 17 years education that include - Bachelor Degree in Engineering (now retired) - One year Small Business Course - More than 15 years experience in New Construction and Remodeling Homes - Many Trades courses in Home Depot, just as a review
