I have trained with Jarett for three years. My beginning weight was 265. I started in a group class for a year where I was taught about nutrition and exercise. With Jarett's push and support I loss 40 pounds the first year. The following two years he helped me loose another 30 pounds and he helped me prepare for my first half marathon, which I finished with a time of 2:10. Jarett has a keen eye for noticing when to push, when to change things up or when to stay the course. I have always had an issue with weight, as soon as I loose it it's back with more. Cindy is very knowledgeable about nutrition and overall wellness. She is a purest so she won't recommend any food ingredients that might cause problems. She is a solid authority on gluten issues. The only issue I have experienced is finding times to follow up and get feedback from her but we have worked them out.
