Warren is extremely motivating and flexible-what I consider the two most important things when it comes to personal trainer. He knows when to push you and knows how to modify exercises when you need to pull back. He makes working out enjoyable (but you're still sore the next day!). I really enjoyed how I felt after working with him for several months!
My trainer is always on time and she works me intelligently. I describe her that way because I am a recovering paraplegic and probably do not fit a "normal" description when it comes to exercise. Also she keeps the workouts interesting, never the same boring routine over and over. My diet has taken a large change due to dietary monitoring and coaching. With the combination of trainer and dietitian I lost 15 pounds in three months. I can easily say I am getting what I paid for.
Chris is very professional and very friendly. He is thorough in his knowledge. I could not continue with him for long as they recently moved and the new place is very far from my home. However, anyone looking for personal trainer, I recommend Chris.
Janelle really cares about the people she's training. Her attentiveness, consideration and keen observation of movement, form, and strength are incredible. She was even able to use her knowledge and wisdom of how the body works to help direct me to getting diagnosed with a muscle disorder I hadn't known existed let alone thought was something I had. Janelle is simply a fantastic human being and the greatest personal trainer I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her enough.

When I started my search for a personal trainer, I did not know where to start. I knew I would likely need the person to meet me at my office gym because I work many hours. Also, knowing myself and my likelihood of continuing a workout routine and sticking to it decreases for each pause point (getting out of the office, driving out of the office garage to a gym, etc) that is baked into the process of getting to in an effective day's workout. I found Gigi on Thumbtack, reviewed her website, and made contact. Her response time was fantastic. We setup a time to discuss what I was looking for by phone. During the convo by phone, she recommended us meeting face-to-face (no pressure and no charge for either the call or the f-t-f meeting). Upon meeting her, I was impressed with her punctuality, communicating abilities (text, ability to use GPS for address locations, asking the questions I would expect when starting a workout routine, etc), her attentiveness to my answers to questions, and a no-pressure approach to discussing my training needs. I decided to try personal gym training for the first time and bought a package of sessions. I have now finished one package of sessions and feel stronger and have noticed more definition in my body tone. If you are considering personal training, be honest with yourself about: 1) how hard you push yourself when you work out alone. I know without a doubt that I would probably given about 50% (at best) of the push during my workout that I gave when working with Gigi. 2) the likelihood of actually getting to the location to workout (there are always more appealing options that we all rationalize our excuses away when deciding to blow off our solo attempts to go to the gym--friends meeting for dinner, family obligations, errands, and the list is endless) when going solo to the gym 3) the time (even a couple of hours a week) and the money you put into your workout really is for YOU, your health (physical and mental), and your life. I recommend Gigi for your training needs. She always has a variety of workouts (and even brings many different tools with her to add variety to the workout), takes notes of the workouts completed each visit, and strikes the right balance of push with a careful eye on your actual capacity as to not push into unhealthy territory for your body and physical level--this point is important because there are so many people with different capacities, different ages, needs, etc. Reach out to her, contact her, you will not be disappointed. Take a step for YOU and your health.
She was very humble & listened intently to the issues going on in my life. She identified not only the biggest problem I was experiencing, & how to resolve it, she also told me quite a few little things I can do everyday that will help me feel better/calmer, increase my overall health, energy, & stamina. I highly recommend going to her for everything from just looking to relax to helping identify issues that medical doctors or psychiatrists may have missed completely. I will continue to seek her guidance while I'm going thru this huge transition in my life!
Charlie was awesome to work with! His knowledge of fitness and nutrition are uniquely extensive. Too many personal trainers only have one or two schools of thought when approaching fitness that they focus on with every customer. Charlie finds out what your health and fitness goals are and helps you develop the RIGHT plan to achieve them. Good listener and communicator. I saw immediate improvements in my energy levels and overall health after implementing his work-out routines and dietary habits. Highly recommend!
I have trained off and on for seven years with John Holt. He has instructed me in both martial arts, and fitness. John is an excellent instructer and personal trainer. The only reasons I have not continuously stayed at his gym, is because I have had to move around with my work. Even though I am not able to make it on a regular basis, I still come back from time to time, to different seminars that he hosts at his gym, Nu Body fitness.
Leon is amazing. I’ve reached out to Nutritionist’s in the past that were very dismissive of me and my concerns/questions. Leon is ALWAYS very responsive and makes me feel heard and understood when I come to him with questions or concerns regarding my meal plan. For example, I’m a picky eater with a pretty big discipline problem. I never stick to anything and always find excuses. For my meal plan, a salad was my lunch. I tried it, hated it and contacted Leon immediately to try to change it to something else. Instead of letting me give up on salads, he gave me several different options/additions to add or change about my salad to make them more enjoyable. Now? I eat spinach salads every day and I LOVE them. Long story short, hire Leon. You won’t regret it. I’ve already started seeing changes in my body and mind just after two weeks with Leon. It’s an amazing feeling.
Jeremy has been my personal trainer for a couple of years now and he is a major player in my health and success to which I will always be grateful for. His knowledge in health, nutrition and weight training are the reason I am in the best shape I have ever been in. He cares about his clients and will push you to be successful. Fitness training and diet planning. Deanna has done a great job planning and supervising workouts appropriate to our fitness level. She has also provided diet guidance based on our current eating patterns; not a wholesale change, just modifications that should be easy to implement and promote weight loss.
When Kendra called, she came across very sweet and sincere with a soft spoken voice. When I met her at her office, she was very much professional in her wanting to know how she could help relieve the physical pain and stress that I was going through. The office is located in a great spot in Addison. She even showed me a tour of the building and told me that she also does personal training. That'll definitely be a plus once I'm back in better physical health. She's well worth going to visit.

Caroline was amazing in helping me with the problems I have been having with my knee. She took the information my doctor had given me and assessed the situation before offering her advice. She worked with me in limbering up my knee and then showed me low impact exercises that I could do on a regular basis in order to return to a normal level of physical activity. Caroline was very professional yet also personal. Really enjoyed working with her.
