Alex is a great guy. He was on time and very punctual. He went above and beyond the original spec for the work to make sure that the leak that we had was found and fixed. He tested the pressure on the line to make sure there are no other leaks and kept his work area clean and did a great job of cleaning after the messy work was done. Thanks Alex for helping us find and fix the slab leak.

First respond to messages. Then try to resolve the issue. I got a gasket replaced. The replaced gasket is a cheap knockoff and is already breaking down after 4 months. The parts had a warranty, but Alex hasn’t gotten back to me.

Alex is really helpful, he came to my job at 7pm when it was almost closing time. The AC line was clogged and spilling water all over the floor. We were in a panic because we would not be able to leave work until the problem was fixed. He was available, fixed the issue in very quickly and charged with a reasonable price.
