Andrew put up a Gazebo for us. He is very personable and a perfectionist about his work. A perfect combination. The concrete pad was not level, which is normal for rain runoff away from the house, but made making the gazebo level a challenge. Andrew did an excellent job with (1) recognizing the issue of which I was unaware, (2) fixing it and (3) showing me with a tape measure and level that he completed the gazebo construction to the eigth of an inch or less perfection. It was a much more complex construction project than I thought it would be and this was just one of the challenges he recognized and fixed. Andrew completed the project on time and on budget. I am happy and relieved to have found a professional, reliable expert to take care of the home repairs and remodeling I need. Thank you, Andrew!

Andrew was the consummate professional. His meticulous attention to detail and expert knowledge was captivating. So impressed that while he was here we contracted him for an second project which he completed a couple days later. He completed our laundry room remodel by adding a new ceiling and a small bathroom. The second project was removing a bedroom window and installing a door and window. We now have two more projects for him to do for use. I absolutely trust Andrew to get the job done perfectly and beautifully.

I have been a client of N.L.I.G.E. for twenty plus years. The owner is a professional and a perfectionist. The work is always done well. You do not have to contact him to come back because something is incomplete or done wrong. He listens to his clients and makes suggestions for a better outcome.

For the past 20 years or so N.L.I.G.E. Integrated Services had been my "ONLY CHOICE" for all construction/maintenance/painting needs. It began with the construction of a 10x10 clubhouse for my son, then reconstruction of a rental property (started out two bedroom, completed with more closet space and three bedrooms; on the market for less than 30 days before receiving offer.)
Mr. Andrew, Owner/Operator always conducted himself professionally, was extremely organized and took great pride in the quality of his work. I am deeply sorry that he has relocated outside my area, but would not hesitate to acquire his service should he be available.
