- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer service starts with a consultation. This is to ensure that I fully understand what it is you want for "Your Look" - sometimes terminology can get confused they say a picture speaks 1000 words - I love when clients show me what they like - it helps me know what I need to do as well as what tips I need to share to achieve the Look You Want!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Cosmetologist focusing on Hair Services although I keep up with all my other pampering skills mani/pedi/facials just in case ..
