- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it's a small project, I charge by the hour $125.00. If it's a large project, I charge by the job. This gives me the ability to give the client what they need without them feeling like they are on the clock when I'm sourcing items for them. All systems are project driven.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Design Client Questionnaire Schedule In Home Consultation Discuss Expectations Contract Discussion Contract Signings and 1/2 Payment Discuss Project Further Take Before Photos Measure Project Space (s) Compile Elements For the Project I.e. Case goods, Upholstery, Rugs, Lighting, Flooring, Fabrics, Window Treatments, hardware, Paint Colors, Wallpaper, Drawings, Renderings, Space Planning Final Payment Presentation. i.e. PowerPoint, presentation boards, samples of finishes.
