Currently 1 month in working out with Keifer. He has adjusted the workouts as needed to focus on building/catching up weak areas of the body and personal limitations. He has also been very flexible with schedule. I look forward to at least the next couple of months of progress.

Keifer trained me and my roommate. After working with him, we definitely feel a lot strong and more for. He’s patient and always willing to explain things clearly to us! We are definitely newbies when it comes to working out and Keifer was great!

Keifer's been an absolute gem to train with. He's always able to get the most out of me and has been super flexible when life's gotten in the way of training. His training style is unique - I love the focus on calisthenics and body control. Training this way means that not only are you getting stronger and losing weight, but you're more in control of your body and it even makes everyday tasks easier.
This man is a serious badass with a focused mind. In my first session, I could barely do 5 push-ups but now I'm knocking them out for warmups.
Although he's my first personal trainer, if I ever have to get another in the future - they'll have big shoes to fill.

When I started training with Kiefer my body was weak, broken, I could barely breathe. I was so scared to even show up & try, but something about our initial conversations encouraged me so I said fuck it, let's see how this goes. He does not play around by any means, but he is cautious to be sure you are safe, especially in my case with so many back and neck issues . It's been almost 2 months since I started and I already have way better mobility with everyday life tasks. It's really amazing how he shows you what you can actually do. I get a sense from him that your success motivates him too, which to me means he has passion and drive to help people realize they can feel better and ultimately have a better life. That is my personal experience so far, but if you happen to already be in shape and just need your ass kicked into your potential, he is your man too.
