- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of my customers refer their family and friends to me. I get a lot of request for roof replacements. I am experienced and can help them through the insurance claim process. I enjoy helping customers understand the importance of the life of their roof, energy efficient roof types and helping them select a color that will offer their home curb appeal. I make the process enjoyable and worth their time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always recommend my customers to ask for referrals. This helps the customer see the human side of the contractor. I also tell my customer to look for itemized detail in the bid contract. If the contract is too general, you may find hidden cost later in the project. Lastly, I've been doing this a long time and I am an expert at what I do. I ask the customer to trust me and I will provide them with an amazing end result.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
All the upfront work for a General Contractor is done before a bid is ever signed or payment is even made. This means, if you don't select a Contractor, they won't get paid for meeting you, measuring and estimating, drawing up the bid and communicating with your and their subcontractors. In this line of business, time is money and customers need to be serious when they start the bidding process with multiple contractors.
