My pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of the furniture. I offer free estimates and volume discounts for multiple items. There are no hidden fees—what we agree on is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather details about the items needing cleaning—type of fabric, stains, pet odors, etc. Then I provide an estimate and explain what to expect. On the day of service, I arrive on time, inspect the furniture, and begin the cleaning process using safe, effective products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in upholstery and carpet cleaning methods, including stain treatment, fabric care, and the use of professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly solutions.
